Usual contents include sweets, chocolate bars and small ‘pocket money’ toys. If you are having a themed party, you can keep the toys within theme, but most will be popular no matter what the theme, e.g. Stretchy Aliens, spinning tops, noise makers, etc…
Other possibilities include:
- Books – sets of books from on-line or end-of-line sellers can be broken up and are quite cost effective.
- make-up, hair decorations, jewellery – check your local pound shop
- trading cards, notebooks, pens – Again, pound shops and sets that can be broken up
Finally, don’t forget some napkins to go along with the piece of cake to be placed in there!
